Account Manager / Building Products

We are a leading national lumber and specialty building products distributor that is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to grow the Denver, CO market. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and cultivating existing customer business within the territory. Only a candidate that has existing relationships with custom/semi-custom home builders will be considered.

Responsibilities include territory management, prospecting for new business opportunities, territory growth, customer service and building strong relationships through face-to-face interaction with existing customers and prospects. REQUIREMENTS
*College Degree preferred, right amount of building material sales experience will be considered with no degree.
*Verifiable and successful outside sales/ territory management experience within the building supply industry.
*Strong business development skills.
*Excellent communication/presentation skills.
*Demonstrate excellent work ethic and professional standards
