Account Executive - Scientific Staffing Sales

The overall goal for our Account Executive team is to market our Scientific Staffing Services within your territory in the Greater Philadelphia area, building long-term relationships with clients in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Clinical Research fields. These relationships should be based on our ability to provide the clients with quality driven staffing solutions and a high level of customer service.

The responsibilities of a Scientific Account Executive are outlined below:

- Business development through networking, marketing our services to existing customers, as well as prospecting for new clients
- Identify and qualify new Scientific Contract Job Opportunities
- Complete contacts to client’s via phone & in-person visits
- Prospecting new clients and developing new business contacts
- Contacting existing qualified client base on a regular schedule
- Electronic, in person, and phone presentations of our services
- Develop “situational” and creative contact/marketing strategies
- Quality Control follow-ups on current employees
- Sales Staff Meetings and idea sharing
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, any Science or other related discipline
- Must have had at least 6 months to 1 year of demonstrated success in a business to business sales environment
- Will consider top recruiters from any staffing discipline that want to break into a Business Development/Sales role
- Experience in the staffing industry, in any role, a huge plus but not required
