Adknowledge, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to acquire new pay-per-click advertisers. This sales function will prospect to close new business with key advertisers and achieve specific revenue objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Adknowledge’s Account Executive is primarily responsible for closing new business with key, direct pay-per-click advertising customers. This “hunter” position involves prospecting in top performing marketing categories, closing new business and achieving revenue objectives. The successful candidate will be charged with:

1.Calling on identified, key direct pay-per-click advertisers.
2.Achieving revenue objectives.
3.Understanding and communicating ROI objectives and data.
4.Developing and presenting pay-per-click advertising solutions to meet the marketing needs of advertisers.
5.Attending trade shows
6.Assisting Account Managers with the up-selling of existing advertisers.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1.All resumes will be screened based on the aforementioned criteria by Human Resources.
2.The remaining applicants will be given a series of skills assessments related to the position.
3.Candidates meeting minimum assessment requirements will be given an online behavioral test to determine cultural fit.
4.Finally, the remaining candidates will undergo an in-depth interview in Kansas City.

REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking an aggressive, dedicated, hands-on professional with the following qualifications:

1.BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
2.At least five (5) years sales experience with two (2) years experience in online advertising or marketing.
3.Pay-per-click advertising experience a plus.
4.Must be an effective presenter and aggressive closer.
5.Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
6.Analytical decision maker.
7.Multi-task ability with good prioritization and organizational skills
