BASIC FUNCTION of Account Executive / Sales Representative:
The Account Executive is responsible for the attainment of the forecasted revenue commitment through the generation of new sales revenues.
The Account Executive is responsible for ensuring that sales results are commensurate with corporate needs
Account Executive is responsible for ensuring sales of ICY DOCK product line, including dedicated and switched services, and expanding market share in existing ICY DOCK markets.

Please visit our website at http://www.icydock.com/home.htmAccount Executive / Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:Meeting or exceeding quota.Prospecting – identifying and qualifying customers through cold calling, leveraging personal contacts, following up on company generated leads.Personally attending network events, conferences and trade shows to build relationships that will create new business opportunities.Building trust and value with partners to develop leads.Keeping your leads, opportunities and deals up-to-date with automation tools.Pipeline Management – balancing sales activity for prospects to ensure consistent sales performance each monthHUMAN RELATIONS SKILLS:Must be able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word

able to stay informed of current industry trends; identify own areas of opportunity and set self-development goals

REQUIREMENTS
Account Executive Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business related field or equivalent experience.One(1) to Three(3) years of sales experience in high-tech environments.Personal computer skills with demonstrated ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail required.Must possess presentation skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.Maintain necessary product knowledge with the advent of new and complex products, systems and applications.Must be able to assess problems, research alternatives and provide acceptable solutions while remaining within company guidelines.Must be innovative, able to set/change priorities and use available resources to meet the needs of ICY DOCK.OTHER REQUIREMENTS for ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Must be able to operate a telephone, fax machine and copy machine.
Must posses and maintain a valid driver's license, must maintain a satisfactory driving record at all times and have the ability to travel.
