Account Coordinator Specialist
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Customer ServiceResponsibilities: *Work closely with the Customer, Customer Relationship Center, Manufacturing, and Field Teams (e.g., Install, Clinical Applications Support, Sales) to remotely coordinate the implementation process to ensure timely execution of assigned patient monitoring projects and selected joint modality orders.
Coordinate and Schedule all MS Clinical Applications training with the customer
Display Communication and Facilitation skills in management of Installation & integration projects, which cover Cardiology and selected cross modalities.
Act as the liaison to and advocate for the customer and GE Healthcare Clinical Systems.
Proactively resolve and/or escalate issues across functions regarding equipment delivery, installation timelines, site readiness, training schedules, material availability, etc., to meet customer commitments and GE targets for orders, sales, revenue and receivables
Utilize various commercial and department-specific information systems, software applications, tools and templates to ensure consistency and quality of project delivery, as well as provide visibility to milestone dates and project status
Participate in weekly Professional Services meetings and manage projects in accordance with key performance metrics
Identify, propose and/or participate in development of process improvements utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: *Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal skills
Candidate must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example: verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.
Willingness to travel a minimum of 10%, including overnight stays when needed.
Willingness to take a drug test
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Candidate must be willing and able to work with computers including the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and WindowsDesired: *Bachelor's degree in Business discipline and a minimum of 2 years of project management experience
Basic college level project management coursework
Demonstrate a proficiency using Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows and a working knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Oracle
Understanding of GEHC products and internal processes
Excellent interpersonal, communication and general leadership skills
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
Ability to influence others in order to achieve team goals
Able to work with little direction or supervision with a mindset for ownership of the project and customer relationship.
Previous experience in a medical or clinical environment
Domain knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly hospital environment.
