ACCOUNT ANALYST


The American Osteopathic Association (AOA) is a member association representing more than 56,000 osteopathic physicians (DOs). We are looking for a candidate that will provide support to the Finance Department by maintaining G/L and related financial records for AOA Affiliated Companies and Funds. Provide annual monitoring and preparation of IL Sales and use Tax Return. Ensure proper classification of assets. Assist with annual audit and annual budgeting process. Import activity from IMIS to Solomon. Maintain Forecaster Budgeting Database. Create financial reports within the FrX Reporting software.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with emphasis on financial analysis. Must have experience reconciling cash accounts on a daily basis, a good understanding of investments and experience with compiling financial statements.
