Business Banking Account Administrator
Capital One Bank is seeking an Account Administrator to assist Business Bankers in the Lafayette Market.
This position will act as the primary representative for business banking officers in connection with the servicing of loan and deposit portfolios in both a sales and support capacity. In addition, this position will act as liaison between account officers, customer and all other applicable internal units of Capital One and must have excellent communication skills. As an assistant, a qualified candidate will operate with minimal supervision, interface with customers on a daily basis, and have a good business development attitude and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner. Responsibilities will also include opening new accounts, coordinating loan closings and facilitating loan document retrieval, appraisals and environmental reports and processing and calculating draw requests.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, outgoing and at times, able to work under stress. Organization and proactive time-management are important components to assist officers in meeting deadlines and proactively managing portfolios. Experience in a Bank and/or Financial Institution, including experience working with loan documents is REQUIRED.
