ASSOCIATE-BILLING/ANCILLARY

Their primary point of focus is on business service order generation and various other Billing, Directory and Ancillary related tasks. Excellent communication, problem solving, and telephone skills are a must. This employee must have a high energy level and good decision making skills to appropriately assess and evaluate situations.Initiate and complete service activation and order generation using various programs, such as MetaSolv, SABRE, ACES, NPAC, EDE, E911 Window, CABS , COBRA, INAT, DESI, BMS , Portfolio, SMS, IMA, RSS, AS400,uCommand, On Demand, and the DMS500. Their primary focus is on business orders.
Provide customer support on complex Billing, Directory, Mismatch toll and Toll Free issues, including responding to all mailbox inquiries.
Work with sales team on complex sales orders.
Investigate and resolve customer issues.Enter all Debit/Credit requests into the As400Audit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure correct billing from Qwest.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to type 45 + WPM.
1+ year of working experience in data entry OR 1+ year of Telephony experience.
1+ year professional experience utilizing MS Outlook, Excel & Word.

Must show an attention to detail when entering information into the various applications required to perform the job.
