Seeking Experienced Assistant Controller

National homebuilder seeking a motivated individual for Assistant Controller. This position offers a 401K, full benefits, and bonus plan. The Assistant Controller is responsible for day-to-day operations of the accounting department to include corporate reporting requirements and management reporting. Assist in all external reporting, including financial institutions, taxing authorities, owners and regulatory agencies.

REQUIREMENTS
The required skills of the Assistant Controller:

A B.S. Accounting or equivalent
5 years minimum work experience with at least 2 years homebuilding experience in a supervisory role
JD Edward and excellent PC skills, Excel spread-sheet and Microsoft Word experience imperative
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Excellent analytical and writing skills required
