AR Manager/Director 55-80K

We are looking for someone to have direct responsibility for and provide oversight of all operational areas of a small community Bank, and to provide supervision of management personnel responsible for those areas, including, but not limited to, the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Loan Officer, BSA Officer, Branch Coordinator and the Vice President of Operations, as well as to oversee the development and implementation of Strategic Planning, budgeting, staffing, organization, coordination, compliance, policies and procedures related thereto.

General Duties:

1)To oversee the daily functions of all areas of the Bank.

2)To properly structure the administration of all functional areas, and prepare and maintain current organizational charts.

3)To see that all operational areas are properly staffed with trained and qualified
personnel and oversee the implementation of related training programs.

4)To assist staff and senior management in meeting projected levels of profitability and growth as outlined in the Strategic Plan

5)Maintain and improve the Bank’s market share and improve its competitive
position.

6) Oversee the maintenance of and compliance with internal controls and the
application of policies and procedures required to comply with applicable
laws and regulations in all areas of the Bank’s operations and ensure that all policies
and procedures are current and in compliance with applicable regulations.

7) Coordinate with and assist the BSA Officer in BSA matters to insure compliance
with all applicable laws and regulations.

8) Oversee operations and provide administrative assistance in the following
departments: Human Resources, Deposits, Loans, Branch and Information
Technology.

9) Serve ex-officio on Board Committees – ALCO, CRA, BSA, Loan, and IT

10) Represent and promote the bank through civic and community involvement

We are also looking for a Senior Loan Officer 100-105k plus bonus and a Commerical Loan Officer 80-90k plus bonus.
