AR/Collection Specialist

The AR/Collection Specialist is an entry level position in the Finance department. The right person will have the ability to function independently and to drive process enhancements proactively. This is an evolving position and the applicant must be flexible and willing to take on new challenges and tasks as the need is identified.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements: - Collections experience - Ability to create invoices and reconcile customer accounts. - Create adaptive solutions to address specific client needs. Qualifications: - Strong communication and analytical skills. - Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to take on new assignments as client needs change. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Detail-oriented, work well under pressure, capable of meeting deadlines. - Effective multi-tasking and prioritization skills with a sense of urgency. - Excellent computer skills. Must have Excel, Work, Outlook. Experience with Navision is a plus. Education: - BA/BS education level or equivalent experience.
