Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 Staffing Innovator, has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This position is available at Boise's largest and most respected semiconductor manufacturing company.
Description:

Release orders on tax hold.

Update Customer Master with tax exemption information.

File tax exemption certificates electronically.

Cash application, research, and problem solving for assigned customers.

Process requests from other departments received in the AR mail box.

Process RMA refunds.

Research and respond to credit card chargebacks.

Reconcile daily credit card transmittals.

Review and sort daily invoices and send to appropriate department.

Periodically review aging to clear accounts.

Miscellaneous duties as needed.
Successful candidates for this position will have:

Strong working knowledge of Excel.

Previous Accounts Receivable, Payable, Finance, or Credit experience required. Preferably 3 years.

Good communication skills.

Detailed oriented.

Willing to work extra hours if necessary.

Ability to be flexible.
Pay rate is $12.00+/hr. DOE
