AR Accountant / Analyst

This person will be responsible for preparing and processing customer invoices and credit memos, as well as calculating royalty amounts due to third-party software vendors.
Primary Responsibilities:Prepares and processes customer invoices and credit memosAssesses appropriate sales tax for each stateAssist with month end and quarter end closeFiles invoices and customer documentation in proper locationsCalculates royalty amounts due to third-party software vendorsHandles calls/questions from employees pertaining to customer invoicesSupports the Manager, Accounting and Senior Accountant, when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Experience/Skills:BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred2 to 5 years experience, preferably in accounts receivableGood verbal and written skillsMust be a team playerGood computer skills including Excel, NetSuite and Oracle Financials (converting from NetSuite to Oracle in near future)Software industry experience preferred
