REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess:
Skills needed to create structure and systems and to partner with Accounting & IT to implement them
Competency to manage billing system (Accounting knowledge a plus)
Ability to provide “Extreme” Customer Service (3-5 yrs experience)
Expertise in dealing effectively with high-end clientele
Ability to wear many hats
Exceptional phone, verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & Office and superb computer skills
Positive/helpful attitude “no job too big or small” able to happily assist staff on all levels
Temperament that will thrive in a Team environment where working closely and in cooperation with others is essential
Flexibility to work early, late or on Saturday when needed</il>
