Reconcile short pays & invoicing discrepancies, prepare corresponding debit & credit notes, prepare & issue rebate credit notes. Perform a comprehensive review of Bills of Material/Price Authorizations & Rebate/Freight/Prompt Pay Authorizations, cross check the records with system to ensure accuracy & completeness. Prepare open order status reports for all customers. Improve methods of communicating the needs of the Sales departments to the Systems department & enhance the Systems department's knowledge of the objectives & daily operations of the Sales department in order to provide improved information technology solutions. Train Sales personnel regarding the structure & operation of Mexinox's information systems & how the technology can enhance their job functions. Provide training to the Inside Sales staff in the use of J.D. Edwards System. Assist in the development & implementation of a system that ensures maintenance of the link between the J.D. Edwards System & the mill system. Continually update authorization database. BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Accounting or related field & at least 2 yrs. exp. implementing J.D.
