Administrative Assistant - Admin Assist
- Provides complex and diversified administrative accounting support to a small office real estate developer. Requires a confidant, proactive, organized professional who is able to multi-task, prioritize, is detail oriented and flexible.
- Type various letters and letter offers, maintain master files and other secretatial duties.
- Management of office equipment, ordering supplies, answering telephones, process mail, filing and coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.
-Prepare monthly Owners Statement, send payout notices, manage insurance requirements and other required monthly reports.
-Accounts Payable data entry of invoices with accuracy, reconciling invoices and account analysis and other miscellaneous duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Administrative Assistant - Admin Assist
- Associates Degree and a minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant role within a construction, title company or real estate office.
- Strong oral and written communications skills with special attention to grammar, spelling and presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to work within a true team concept.
- Must me a self-starter with proven decision-making skills who can function autonomously.
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook and Sage (Intuit) Master Builder or Timberline a plus.
- Proactive results oriented and good time management skills.
- Legal experience a plus.
