ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ACCOUNTINGFull Time Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Good Salary & Benefits!Job Description: The selected candidate will perform a variety of administrative and accounting duties including: issuing purchase orders, accounts receivable, composing excel reports, tracking shipments and orders, tracking corporate expenses, database updates and other general office functions. Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and QuickBooks is required. Experience in Mas90 is desired but not mandatory. Candidate must have good communication skills, be a self starter, work well independently as well as in a team environment. Skills: 1-3 years office experience.Candidate will be a vital part of the organization and must be reliable, organized and detail oriented.
