ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

We are a growing Home Builder/Remodeler in the NorthShore area and are looking for an excellent individual to join the accounting department staff. Proficient in Word and Excel a requirement. Experience with QuickBooks Pro software a plus. Some of your responsibilities would be matching Purchase Orders to Vendor Invoices, Posting of Vendor Invoices, Preparation of Partial & Final Lien Waivers, Communication with Vendors regarding waivers, Matching of receipts to credit card statements, filing, occasional telephone backup, various other special projects. We offer Medical Insurance/Dental/Life/401(k) EOE. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR SALARY REQUIREMENTS. SEND RESUME VIA EMAIL OR FAX. THANKS.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Previous experience for a construction company a plus. Previous experience using Quick Books Pro software a plus. Organized individual who can multi-task and be part of the accounting department team.
