T A X D I R E C T O RAn exciting career advancement opportunity for theright individual with a minimum of 10 years' recent pub-
lic accounting experience. We are a Top 50 New Jersey
firm located in Clark.

The individual we hire will be responsible for running
our growing tax department and should possess strong
communication skills. The position requires experience
in tax planning as well as compliance. Candidates
should have exp in reviewing corporate, individual, fidu-
ciary and gift tax returns and must have tax research
skills. JD or MS in Taxation preferred.
