ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR 112851

Duties:
You will oversee the day-to-day workflow of the data entry area: make sure there is coverage for people that are out, implement and maintain policies and procedures, handle annual performance reviews, enter vendor invoices and update all sales figures, vendor invoice counts and other info as required. You will contact the supplier regarding any problems or disputed vendor invoices, verify all invoices listed on vendor statements, request any supplier refunds, research checks that did not clear and assist with stop payments and re-issues, field all customer and vendor calls (questions on invoice) and provide back-up for other associates.

Qualifications:
Must have experience in billing from a doctors office or government agency.
Prefer a basic understanding of CPT & ICD-9.
Prefer experience or classes in medical terminology.

Miscellaneous:
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm.
Pay: $11.00-$12.00 / hr.
