ACCOUNTING POSITIONS - A/P, BILLING, COLLECTIONS

HAR-BRO is the largest and most experienced disaster restoration general contractor serving California, Nevada, Arizona and Oregon. Since 1961, HAR-BRO has been committed to restoring commercial, industrial and residential properties damaged by fire, water, earthquake and other disasters.


Due to growth and internal promotions, our Corporate Office in Signal Hill is seeking experienced individuals in the areas of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, BILLING, and COLLECTIONS, preferably with knowledge of the construction industry.

In these roles, you will interact with company employees, vendors and customers; excellent customer service is essential. We're looking for self-starters who have a keen eye for detail, a proven record of meeting deadlines, and who can manage a fluctuating work pace.

Starting rate: $14/hour

Excel experience

Previous A/P experience


BILLING COORDINATOR

Starting rate: $15.00 - $16.50

Must have solid Excel skills

Previous billing experience


COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR

Starting rate: $15.00 - $16.50

Must have solid Word skills

Must be able to demonstrate business writing skills

Previous collections experience
