ACCOUNTING/PAYROLL COORDINATOR

JohnsByrne Company, a leader in superior quality printing & graphic technologies has an opportunity for an Accounting/Payroll Coordinator to manage all payroll functions, while ensuring a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, accuracy and timeliness of ADP payroll processing.
REQUIREMENTS
The position is responsible for:

•processing payroll including garnishments and levies
•reconciling payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger
•performing accurate data entry functions to multiple systems
•processing and editing time and attendance records
•assisting in various Accounting projects, customer billings and month end closing processes

Selected candidate must have a commitment to continual learning, minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast paced work environment. Experience in an accounting or finance a plus.
