ACCOUNTING/ADMIN ASSISTANT 28-32K +BONUS!

BUCKHEAD LOCATION-Job is available now! This position will perform a variety of accounting and general administrative duties including A/P, A/R, and detailed Billing functions. This position will also be required to set up spreadsheets and perform accurate, high volume data entry.This position will proof read and monitor business correspondence for grammar, content and spelling.This position may also be required to assist other departments as needed, including filling in for the receptionist during lunch breaks.
REQUIREMENTS


BS in Accounting or English preferred, but will consider years of experience with some college accounting courses.
Must have 2-3 years of general accounting experience including A/P, A/R, Data Entry, and Billing.
Must have fast typing and data entry.
Must be a dependable self-starter with a positive attitude and stable work history.Must be a team player, willing to take on any task assigned without regard to job description.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work load.
Intermediate to Advanced skills with Word and Excel
Must be organized, flexible and willing to assist others to accomplish team goals.
Must have strong internal customer service skills
