Duties include: Facility Leases â??
â?¢Review facility leases to ensure proper accounting treatment
â?¢Report, disclose and resolve issues with landlords and A/P personnel
â?¢Prepare amortization schedules for leases with escalations, free rent periods and improvement allowances.
â?¢Maintain lease database (Virtual Premise)
â?¢Prepare monthly journal entries to record amortization
â?¢Reconcile Deferred Rent account and monitor Facility Rent Expense account on a monthly basis

Equipment Leases â??
â?¢Review equipment rent invoices to ensure proper accounting treatment and classification
â?¢Analyze equipment leases to determine operating vs capital lease and ensure that proper accounting treatment is applied
â?¢Maintain equipment lease database
â?¢Monitor Equipment Lease Expense account on a monthly basis

Vehicle Leases â??
â?¢Analyze, validate and upload file received from Wheels, Inc. to record leased vehicle charges, including fuel and maintenance charges on a monthly basis
â?¢Correspond with field personnel to ensure that charges are properly accounted for
â?¢Maintain and update Wheels database as necessary

Other â??
â?¢Reconcile various accounts as assigned
â?¢Prepare year-end lease schedule
