ACCOUNTANT Full-time position in Atascadero

EXPERIENCED STAFF ACCOUNTANT WANTED
Radiology Associates has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced staff accountant at our Administrative Offices located in Atascadero.
We are looking for someone with experience with General Ledger and MAS90 or similar software. Excellent spreadsheet skills are required. Duties to include month end closing, account analyses, capital projects and assisting the Director of Accounting as needed.
Job Description:
Responsible for various accounting and analytical functions:Gather and maintain documentationEvaluate sources for accuracy and reliabilityPrepare journal entriesData entry of journal entriesAnalyze account variancesPrepares account analyses with support from independent sources
Maintain effective communication with Radiology Associates and external personnel:Maintain regular contact with other departmentsCorrect discrepancies in documentationResolve disputes over pricing, contract termsSummarize key issues for supervisor
Performance Measurements:Documents, records and reports prepared accurately and timelyReconciliations, variance analyses prepared accurately and timelyGood communication and coordination with Radiology Associates personnelGood communication with supervisorDuties performed in accordance with Radiology Associates policies and GAAP Radiology Associates, the Central Coast's premier radiology group offers competitive salaries, excellent health benefits and 401K.
