ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Supports the Marketing Controller in meeting monthly reporting deadlines by organizing and preparing raw sales and marketing data into defined deliverables for both internal and external review.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Prepares and organizes sales and marketing information from raw data which is imported on a bi-monthly basis.
• Populates sales and marketing forecast forms with monthly sales information.
• Receives, sorts, and compiles monthly forecast reports.
• Assists with the refinement of data within databases for use on monthly reports.
• Compiles and posts monthly updates of company performance metrics.
• Gathers and prepares sales and marketing data on an ad hoc basis for sales and marketing personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Recent graduate in Accounting or Finance and/or 2 years of experience in a related field.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Strong organizational and oral communication skills
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• SAP experience preferred
