Maintain high productivity and accuracy with minimal direct supervision. The Shared services staff will work in a collaborative manner with co-workers and customers intradepartmentally and interdepartmentally. Customer Service and satisfaction are a key statndard for all communications. Work will be subject to audit and production standards. Participationin training, education programs, and special projects as assigned, will allow each Access representative to be an important part of our success. REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting preferred. High school graduate or equivalent is required.
