Purpose:
Aerotek Professional Services is currently hiring for one of our large banking & financial services clients. We are working with the end-using hiring managers to place permanent positions within the company. These positions involve speaking with current investment clients about their portfolio and assisting them with trades, quotes, etc.

We are seeking dedicated professionals who, after undergoing an initial training program, can respond accurately and thoroughly to incoming calls from clients on a wide range of topics addressing financial services & banking support.

Specifically, Client Relations Associates will respond to telephone requests with investors around a wide range of brokerage, mutual fund, banking & consumer financial products & services. These associates are very client-focused and work well under pressure. They are exceptional listeners and problem-solvers and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. They are detail-oriented, have strong time-management skills, and grasp material quickly.
