Title: AR Accountant in Finance/Operations Accounting Dept.

Job Responsibilities:
AR: Process, print, and send invoices by working with operations accountants. Monitor daily Bank deposits and apply cash. Work with operations accountants to research and manage past due accounts. Outline steps to resolve account issues and process as needed.

AP: Process, print, and send producer statements by working with ops accountants (statements to be developed in TIES). Monitor producer account balances in AP ledger. Reconcile counterparty invoices with internal producer statements. Outline steps to resolve account issues and process as needed.

Other Duties: Manage and run the TIES, TIPS, and RightAngle interfaces with Peoplesoft- AR and AP. Work with Dallas Commercial Services. Serve as technical resource.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Plant processing / Invoicing system experience. Prefer experience with TIES, TIPS, and/or PeopleSoft. AR/AP experience preferred. Prefer some kind of Accounting System (i.e. PeopleSoft, etc.).

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, preferable emphasis in Accounting. Compensating experience and/or performance.
