A/R Coordinator

Purpose:
The AR Coordinator is responsible for the application of all cash receipts related to the Accounts Receivable Department. You will research and resolve any customer deduction discrepancies, review customer accounts for credit issues, and apply tie-offs and adjustments to these accounts. This individual will also review chargeback import errors and process credits for CARS transactions; respond to customer inquiries and route them to higher authorities for resolution when necessary; set up customer accounts; and provide general support for the Order Management Department.

Preferred Bachelor's degree but not required, preferably with a concentration in Accounting. Customer service, A/R, or Oracle experience. Must be a flexible team player with a sharp attention to detail, computer literacy (particularly in MS Office), and excellent communication skills for handling phone inquiries. Must have worked for a public company in a Sarbanes Oxley environment.Classification:Direct HireCompensation:
