A/R, Collections Clerk

Experienced A/R, Collections Clerk wanted to join the Triangle Reprographics team.

Position requirements are:

•Prior credit and collections experience
•Prior billing/invoicing experience a plus
•Working knowledge of cash receipts and adjustment posting
•Ability to effectively use software, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
•Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, with customers and multiple internal departments
•Strong data entry, faxing and 10-key experience
•Organized self-starter able to prioritize with special attention to detail
•Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment
•Positive team-player willing to learn
•Prompt and dependable individual, available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Job duties will include:

•Document collection activity in the company’s accounting system
•Interpret and analyze A/R Aging, invoices and customer statements
•Research, understand and reconcile customer accounts
•Produce a high volume of work under minimal supervision
