A/R Bi-Lingual

Purpose:
Bilingual collections will be doing on average about 80-100 outbound calls daily regarding 5-50 day delinquencies for auto loans. Candidates must be able to speak Spanish fluently. Collectors shifts will vary depending on what they'd like to do. Shifts are generally M-F 8-5; They're required to work two late night shifts a week 12-9 PM. They will also have to work two Saturdays a month. There is many promotional opportunities as well once the become permanent they have the ability to earn 1000$ in bonus per month. When perm also the candidate will also have a salary increase when taken on perm.
