$80K+ Retail Link Analyst for Leading Global Supplier

A leading supplier for one of the world’s largest retail companies is currently seeking a Retail Link Analyst for their facility located in Eatontown, New Jersey.

The Retail Link Analyst will provide support in the areas of sales analysis and product management needs. Responsibilities include producing and analyzing daily and weekly sales reports utilizing Retail Link as well as integrating data into weekly tracking, forecasting, and other related reports. You will also manage internal communication of pricing and promotions to National Accounts Manager and provide independent analytical support for the corporate sales and marketing teams. Other duties include:
-Identify and resolve opportunities affecting store level in stocks. Work with replenishment to implement strategies, create store events and change item profiles as needed. Maintain accuracy of corporate and store level forecasts.
-Create item level forecasts and communicate with inventory planning, production and logistics teams to ensure 100% fill rate on all orders. Complete weekly shortage reports if necessary.
-Perform proactive and exception analysis for store level in stock, analysis of Retail Link data to identify trends and areas of opportunity for in-stock improvements.
-Assemble promotional plans and analyze promotional performance.

Compensation: Starting Salary to $80,000 per year, PLUS Excellent Benefits.

Location: Eatontown, New Jersey. Relocation assistance is available.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, inventory management or supply chain management or equivalent work experience and education) and a minimum of 3 years experience with the Retail Link reporting system (with at least 2 years using a CPFR system). Proven ability to manipulate and update data, handle multiple tasks and prioritize projects, and perform analytical problem solving is important as well as excellent customer service, organizational, and team-building skills. Proficiency in Retail Math, Microsoft Excel and Word are required. Microsoft Access and forecasting experience with consumer products is a strong plus.
