Currently we are looking for Account Managers who will be responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction and retention of our Mid Market partners, brokers and clients. Build and strengthen these relationships by independently providing day-to-day exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Consistently provide a high level of Customer Service while communicating and coordinating with clients and partners to address all client service issues and provide necessary research, problem solving and resolution support.

·Successfully monitor and follow-up on assigned items, including seeing problems through to resolution and closure with customer(s).

·Ensure that our commitments to our clients are met by proactively reviewing the status of your plans’ periodic activity. (testing, statements, RMDs, etc)

·Responsible for regularly scheduled proactive communication with the client and partners regarding all components of service delivery. Solicit and share feedback.

·Assess the objectives, unstated needs and behavior of the client in order to suggest workflows and new functionality, which will position BISYS to provide the highest level of quality service.

·Apply industry knowledge to all facets of retirement operations and service.

·Determine appropriate action for resolution of client issues, document and implement as appropriate.

·Provide clear and concise communication regarding procedures and time frames to clients related to complex questions that require further research and analysis.

·Communicate proper service expectations to clients and partners.

·Achieve service level goals identified by each financial partner.

·Manage day to day schedule according to client needs.

·Organize, facilitate and/or participate in client visits for the purpose of educating client regarding various aspects of their plan and BISYS record keeping processes.

·Reconcile trust accounts as required by partner.

·Provide feedback/solutions to manager/supervisor to minimize risk and improve process.

·Provide mentoring and training to other BISYS Associates as necessary.

·Performs other duties and manage/and or participate in special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
·Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

·5+ years experience in Customer Service within Retirement Services industry required.

·Excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively (clear, concise and professionally) with all levels within the BISYS organization, as well as the Client organization.

·Strong presentation and public speaking skills

·Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans with knowledge of IRS and ERISA regulations

·Proficiency in MSOffice software applications, specifically Word and Excel required, Access and PowerPoint preferred.

·Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills

·Quality focus with attention to detail

·Ability to work in a team environment to ensure common goal of providing exceptional customer service.

·Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

·Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines

·Ability to travel

·Able to make dependable judgements concerning issues which, if mishandled, have the potential to create substantial financial and client relations liabilities for the company

·QKA and or continuing education in the Retirement/Benefits industry preferred.

·Ability to work overtime as needed.
