PAi provides the financial services industry with retirement plan and payroll administration solutions tailored for small business. Servicing over 6,500 plans with $3 billion in assets under administration and supporting over 450,000 participants, PAi provides its services to over 2,500 financial advisors and financial institutions nationwide. PAi has been successfully servicing the small business industry for over 20 years by making strategic and effective investments in people, technology and processes.
Due to substantial growth, we are seeking additional team members for our Service Teams to work with clients on the payroll and 401(k) setup and ongoing process. Successful team members will be self starters, great team players, and good communicators. Your duties will primarily include working with clients via phone and email to either help them complete the 401(k) and payroll setup process or to assist them with ongoing questions or support. Specific job functions in the setup process include analyzing and acting upon proposals or plan documents, initial 401(k) and payroll system setup, keeping clients on schedule throughout the implementation process, and teaching clients how to operate their plan or payroll service by using our innovative web site. Specific job functions in the ongoing process include assisting employees, employers, and outside sales representatives with day-to-day questions and performing cyclical 401(k) and payroll administrative functions such as annual testing, allocations, and 5500 preparation.
The Service Teams have openings for various levels of experience from entry-level to skilled retirement plan or payroll professionals. Experience in customer service, financial services, employee benefits, or payroll is a plus.
