This position is established to identify, qualify and capture major (>$100M) government acquisitions. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that is focused on "Driving to Win" by melding business, management, technical and cost elements for winning proposals. You will be responsible for capture strategy development and execution as well as leading the development of proposals for large-scale turnkey systems
solutions for Public Sector clients.You must possess at least 2 requirements below:
Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in strategic capture, costing, planning and execution efforts (The majority of this experience should be in companies successfully marketing to federal civil and defense agencies and involve large complex contracts). Previous 10 years of experience managing large-scale systems implementation or major proposal development efforts is required.

Must have demonstrated experience capturing major federal contracts of at least $50 million or more and oversight of at least 25 capture personnel.

Must have 10 years with a life cycle systems development methodology, have current knowledge of commercial technologies (ERP, CRM, PLM), custom and package based solution development techniques.

Excellent organizational and writing skills

Comprehensive knowledge of the Federal Government evaluation process and lifecycle capture team activities

Experience coordinating assigned proposals through each stage of the proposal development lifecycle

Experience leading or participating in Proposal Reviews (i.e., Pink, Red and/or Gold Team Reviews), and making recommendations for content improvement and/or compliance
BearingPoint Public Services Proposal Management Group is currently searching for Proposal Coordinator/Editor.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with providing support functions to the Proposal Manager and Capture Manager, including administrative activities and document control functions.

Minimum of 3 years of professional editing for grammar, punctuation, syntax, clarity, consistency, accuracy, compliance, and logic. *Minimum of 3 years of excellent organizational, document management, and team leadership skills.

Bachelors degree (Master's preferred) in the field of Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Journalism or other related discipline.
