You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that is focused on "Driving to Win" by melding business, management, technical and cost elements for winning proposals. You will be responsible for capture strategy development and execution as well as leading the development of proposals for large-scale turnkey systems
solutions for Public Sector clients.Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in strategic capture, costing, planning and execution efforts (The majority of this experience should be in companies successfully marketing to federal civil and defense agencies and involve large complex contracts). Previous 10 years of experience managing large-scale systems implementation or major proposal development efforts is required.
Must have demonstrated experience capturing major federal contracts of at least $50 million or more and oversight of at least 25 capture personnel.
Must have 10 years of Federal Government industry knowledge. With in the last 5 years current C-level contacts are strongly preferred.
Must have 10 years with a life cycle systems development methodology, have current knowledge of commercial technologies (ERP, CRM, PLM), custom and package based solution development techniques.Education:
Bachelors degree (Master's preferred) in the field of Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems Management, Business Administration or other related discipline.
