1st position - Law Firm in NY City - Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Assists in the maintenance of all financial systems to ensure the ongoing reliability, integrity and performance of the financial system. Facilitates prompt and professional customer service and issue resolution by managing relationships, expectations and technology innovation. Provides training to all Financial Systems users in the Firm.
Provides training on financial systems for new Accounting staff and, as needed, for existing staff; provides training on new financial applications/inquiries for Firm users (i.e. attorneys, secretaries); provides training and assistance in areas of expertise to other team members.

Assists with system maintenance and system bugs for a timely resolution

MIS Help Desk/Trainer - Needs to be proficient in DOCS OPEN (version 3.9.5) ; solid understanding of WORD including running table of authorities, table of contents, red-lining, mail merges, etc.

3rd spot - Law Firm in Northern-Central NJ - Help Desk

Customer service/administrative support to IT Department, answer support hotlines and troubleshoot basic questions and repair; experience in supporting desktop applications in Local/Wide Area Network environment; knowledge of Windows 2000 and XP desktop operating systems, MS Office 2002, printers, etc.; knowledge of M/S Office XP and MS Office 2003 applications helpful.

REQUIREMENTS
Financial Analyst position - All positions prefer Law Firm exp.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical knowledge.

• 2-3 years of related technical experience including database design, Microsoft SQL server administration, MS SQL 2000 and MS office application suite; 1-2 years of user support experience.
