2007 FINANCIAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Bloomberg, the premier financial technology firm, is offering an exciting
opportunity for highly motivated individuals to build software to support
its various products. The Bloomberg Professional Service is used
world-wide by brokers, traders, and analysts. This entry-level position
leads to a variety of career paths ranging from highly technical to more
business and financially oriented. An extensive training program will
provide the specific technical and financial skills needed
for this position.
* Positions are available in both our New York and New Jersey offices.
* Starting dates will be from January 2007 through November 2007.
REQUIREMENTS
* Strong desire to analyze business problems and translate them into
working software applications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Must be highly detail oriented
* BA/BS, MS, or PhD in Finance, Computer Science, Economics,
Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Accounting or related field
* For non-CS majors, programming skills must equate to 2 university courses
