Analyze past and present financial status and evaluate policies and systems. Coordinate wit IT for the implementation and adaptation of financial information systems, databases and analytical tools. Assist in the documentation and execution of Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Prepare month end operating results analysis and monthly forecasting of operating expenses and revenues. Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting. Provide forecast of financial statements including profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet. Prepare bank reconciliations.
